Sad story of surrender has a happy ending for Rosie
Rosie came to us right before Christmas 2021 after her owner could no longer care for her and her medical needs. She made the tough decision for Rosie by allowing us to help and rehome her. Thankfully, a foster took her in to her quiet home and cared for her while she recuperated from an infection and a severe skin allergies until she was adopted.
