Susan Rossnick
Susan joined the board in 2011 and became president in 2013. She has a background in engineering, marketing and general management and is vice president of a Massachusetts-based high-tech company where she has been recognized for her outstanding leadership and strategic thinking. Susan has applied the same skills in her guidance of Baypath – helping to establish best practices and our vision for our future. Under Susan’s leadership, the Board has created a strong framework for fiscal and operational oversight, a committee structure that ensures a division of responsibilities and a flow of new talent, and a 10-year plan, which is guiding the investment in our future.
In 2022, Susan was elected Board Member Emeritus for her tremendous contributions to the organization during her tenure as a Board Member and in recognition of her commitment to the upcoming capital campaign as campaign co-chair with fellow Emeritus Board Member Sandra Gittlen.
Aside from her volunteer work at Baypath, Susan is an avid traveler – having been to over 30 countries, enjoys spinning and pilates and has 3 rescue cats – Waffles, Snickers and Peaches.
