Maddy Berthold
Maddy has been fostering kittens for the past 8 years with her mom and joined the team in 2021 as a PT Animal Care Associate, assisting with the daily operation of the shelter, including animal adoptions and care. Maddy completed the Fear Free Shelter Program – a program committed to reducing stress in shelter animals in 2021.
In 2023, Maddy accepted a PT role as Marketing Coordinator focused on implementing marketing initiatives across social and pint media to strengthen the brand awareness and increase community engagement.
Maddy is an RN at Mass General Hospital and recently graduated from UNH with her Master in Nursing (MSN). Additionally, she has a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Neuroscience and Behavior from UNH. Maddy has always had a love for animals and loves being involved with Baypath, as a way to fulfill her passion for caring and giving back to animals. Her family has adopted 2 family dogs from Baypath and she has adopted 2 cats from Baypath of her own.
