Lauren Drago
Looking for an opportunity to combine her love of animals and the chance to give back to her community, Lauren joined the Baypath Board of Directors in August of 2017. Lauren has over 10 years of extensive fundraising and development experience with the YMCA of Greater Hartford & Greater Boston. She is currently serving as the Chair of the Baypath Events Committee where she is eager to work towards advancing Baypath’s mission.
Lauren attended Emmanuel College in Boston where she studied English Communications. It was there that she met her husband, Pete. Pete and Lauren live in Milford and have a big lug named Nuggy who they adopted in 2020. Professionally, Lauren works as a Customer Success Manager at SmashFly Technologies. She is passionate about helping enterprise organizations manage and measure their talent acquisition strategy by helping them to attract and hire the best people.
