Deb Koopman
Deb served on the Baypath Board of Directors from 2011 to 2016. She served as Board Treasurer and was responsible for taking our fiduciary processes to the next level. She was also instrumental in establishing succession planning protocols for the Treasurer role.
In 2022, Deb was elected Board Member Emeritus for her tremendous contributions to the organization during her tenure as a Board Member and in recognition of her commitment to the upcoming capital campaign a member of the campaign cabinet along with fellow Emeritus Board Members Sandra Gittlen and Susan Rossnick.
Deb and her husband are two-time adopters and longtime dedicated supporters. She is a tireless advocate for us in the community and amongst friends, bringing several new supporters into our network.
Deb is an Adult Psychiatric/Mental Health Nurse Practitioner board certified with the American Nurses Credentialing Center. Her journey in psychiatry started after she left a career in finance to pursue a completely different passion, psychiatry. She is committed to providing thorough and thoughtful delivery of treatment to patients and families experiencing psychiatric issues. Debra lives in the Metrowest area with her husband and their two dogs.
