Beth MacLeod, CPDT-KA

Beth MacLeod’s passion is working with reactive dogs and creating a partnership with families to ensure that dogs can remain in their homes and thrive in the human world.

She has been training both dogs and humans for over 20 years, using positive, force-free methods meant to strengthen the relationship between dogs and their guardians.

Beth currently holds the CPDT-KA designation from the Certified Professional Dog Trainer Association. She is also a member of the Pet Professional Guild, as well as the International Association of Animal Behavior Consultants.

Beth is the Director of Training and Behavior for Baypath. She is responsible for creating behavior modification plans for animals currently in shelter, provides pre-adoption counseling and post-adoption support to adopters and counseling for those looking to surrender their dogs.

In her commitment to science-based training, Beth has completed hundreds of hours of continuing education, with an emphasis on exploring the latest research on helping reactive dogs.

Beth is a mom to three grown daughters and currently shares her home with her husband Noel, their two Golden Retriever girls, Keelie and Frankie, and their Pekingese Buddy.
