Ashley Fish
As an avid animal lover looking to give back to her community, Ashley joined Baypath in early 2023 as a volunteer working with both cats and dogs. She quickly realized that she wanted to do more to help support the mission and work being done but couldn’t adopt every Baypath animal that she came across. Ashley joined the Baypath Board of Directors in May of 2023 where she supports the work of Baypath’s Development Committee.
With a BS in Psychology and Chemical Dependency, MS in Organizational Development, and an advanced degree in Project Management, Ashley brings with her 10+ years of talent management and strategic organizational leadership skills from the biotech industry.
Ashley resides in the greater Boston area with her three rescue cats (one of which is a Baypath alum) – Kidd, Lucas, and Winkle.
