A Mighty Village
For over 40 years, the team at Baypath has tended to the daily needs of thousands of cat and dogs. We have a wonderful and mighty staff, but it is a small one. It is their leadership, coupled with the dedication and collaboration of countless volunteers and trusted professionals that the organization has consistently been able to punch above its weight and help as many animals as possible.
Staff
Baypath has a small, highly experienced team of part time and full time animal care and adoption professionals led by the Shelter Manager, who assesses each animal’s needs and develops a personalized care plan. We also have a small team of development staff committed to advancing Baypath’s mission.
As of July 2022, we are proud to say that all shelter staff has received training and certification for the Fear Free Shelter Program – a program committed to reducing stress in shelter animals. We are so grateful to this staff for always working to ensure a nurturing and enriching environment for the animals in our care.
